The team of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection joins the global initiative #DenimDay, through which we express our solidarity with victims of sexual violence and encourage them to speak about the difficult situations they face and to seek help.

'Victims of sexual violence need to know that they are not alone and can always count on our support. Through existing services, they can access medical, psychological, and legal assistance when needed.

Equally important are prevention actions. Therefore, today we want to make a call for solidarity, compassion, and understanding towards victims of sexual violence and to convey the message that violence of any kind is unacceptable. Together, we can contribute to raising awareness across society about this phenomenon and combating it,' stated Minister Alexei Buzu.
