The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, together with development partners, is launching a new informational resource for victims of gender-based violence in Moldova and for individuals displaced from Ukraine

On the last day of spring, we are launching the website www.noviolence.md dedicated to survivors of gender-based violence in the Republic of Moldova and individuals displaced from Ukraine.

On this platform, everyone who has experienced violence can find the vital support they need. The page contains a comprehensive list of resources aimed at encouraging survivors of violence to "break the silence."

If you or someone you know needs medical assistance after experiencing abuse, you will find a list of hospitals and their contact information on the site. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the care and attention necessary for your physical healing.

We have also partnered with civil society organizations that offer psychological, social, and legal assistance. Whether you are a woman, man, or child, our support network is here to help you navigate the path to recovery.

Visit the site noviolence.md, available in both Romanian and Russian, where a multitude of resources are just a click away. Finding the help you deserve has never been easier.

Remember, you are never alone. If you feel trapped or need immediate assistance, we encourage you to call the women's and girls' helpline at 08008 8008. Together, we can break the cycle of violence and create a society where everyone feels respected and safe. Share the page noviolence.md and let’s bring about change!

The page noviolence.md was created as part of the awareness campaign "Break the Silence. We Stand Together," launched by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, together with the UN Population Fund, the UN Refugee Agency, UN Women Moldova, and UNICEF Moldova.
