The event was moderated by Ms. Lilia Pascal, head of the Gender Equality Policy Directorate within the Ministry.
Some of the objectives of this presentation included:
- Discussing the content and developing recommendations for improving the presented document;
- Exchanging views and converging perspectives on the development of national policy in the field of preventing and combating violence against women and girls, as well as domestic violence;
- Final conclusions and the next steps to be taken.
The event was attended by representatives of administrative authorities with responsibilities in the field of preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence, intergovernmental organizations, and civil society organizations active in this area.
